Holy Fire® Reiki Reset (1.5 hr)

Sometimes a full reset is what's needed. This 90-minute session wraps together Holy Fire® Reiki, crystal healing, meditation and sound to give your mind, body and energy field the deep restoration they deserve. You'll leave feeling genuinely lighter — less of what's been weighing on you, more of the calm and clarity that's always been there underneath.

Holy Fire® Reiki Rest (1hr)

Feeling stretched thin, stressed or just disconnected from yourself? This gentle yet powerful session gives your nervous system the rest it's been asking for. You'll lie fully clothed while Holy Fire® Reiki flows through your body and aura, quietly releasing tension and restoring your inner calm. You'll leave feeling lighter, clearer and more at ease.

Distance Holy Fire® Reiki (1 hr)

Holy Fire® Reiki doesn't have to be shared in person. Distance Reiki is every bit as powerful as an in-person session and can be sent across distance or to a specific point in time — before an exam, a difficult conversation, a medical procedure or any moment when support is needed.
A short call or text at the start and end of your session keeps us connected throughout. You'll receive your hour of healing in the comfort of your own space.
No prior experience of Reiki needed.

Through Holy Fire® Reiki I help you rest, reset and reconnect with your inner calm — in a safe, non-judgemental space that's entirely yours for the session. Sessions are by appointment only — message me to find out what might support you best right now.

Sessions are held either in Mayfield Village, Glengormley or at the Asha Wellness Centre, Belfast. Please mention your preference when booking or get in touch to arrange.
